Your rights

Under Norwegian consumer law you have a right of withdrawal and return within the statutory period (typically 14 days from receipt) for distance purchases, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for return

Products must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging where possible. We may deduct from the refund if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature.

How to request a refund

Contact us at contact@quazrelxzorvexal.world to state that you wish to withdraw or return. We will confirm the return procedure and refund method.

Refund timing

We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product or your valid notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless we have agreed otherwise or the product was faulty.

Exceptions

Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law (e.g. sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery). We will inform you where this applies.
